What Tottenham might do if Jules Kounde is not available
Conte has other choices if Kounde decides to relocate to west London rather than north London.
For starters, Tottenham is thought to be interested in his former defensive stalwart Alessandro Bastoni, who helped Conte win the Serie A championship at Inter Milan in the 2020–21 season.
Gleison Bremer is a another center-back that Spurs have considered, but the Brazilian appears destined for Juventus.
Crystal Palace is a jewel of England. Spurs have Kounde options, but Fabio Paratici, the director of football of Tottenham, also admires Marc Guéhi.
