Martin Keown, a lengend and former Arsenal defender, has revealed Manchester United’s primary problem this season.
Man United’s primary concern this season under Ralf Rangnick, according to Keown, is’set-piece,’ adding that if they want to finish in the Premier League top four, they must improve their corners.
Man United is the only English Premier League side that has failed to score from a corner this season.
With 39 points after 23 games, the Red Devils are presently in sixth place on the Premier League rankings.

“Manchester United’s set-piece woes are nothing new,” Keown wrote in his Daily Mail column. Previous manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer saw this as an issue, to the point that he recruited Eric Ramsay, a set-piece expert to try improve them.
“When you consider the players at United’s disposal, this is an area where they are significantly underperforming.” They have Luke Shaw and Bruno Fernandes, among others, as excellent ball-carriers, and Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo, among others, as prime box targets.”
“Despite this, United are the only Premier League team that has yet to score from a corner this season,” he continued. This is a critical area in which United must improve. Start scoring from set pieces, and their chances of finishing in the top four in the Premier League would skyrocket.”
