Aston Villa are expected to release Brad Young, Arjan Raikhy, Hayden Lindley and Declan Frith at the end of the season.
The club have decided against offering new deals to each of their development team players as they plan for the future.
Young, a striker who spent the first half of this season on loan at Ayr United in Scotland, was a big part of Villa’s Youth Cup win in 2021.
Raikhy and Lindley, both midfielders who have had spells on loan over the last two seasons, also featured in the Youth Cup success but will not be kept on.
Winger, Frith, was signed in October 2021 after spells at Chelsea and Charlton Athletic.
Villa are in the process of deciding what happens next to a number of other young players at the club.
