Jamie O’Hara has suggested on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur should replace Antonio Conte with Mauricio Pochettino as the manager of the first team.
O’Hara made the comments while watching Tottenham in action against Brentford in the London derby on Boxing Day.
Antonio Conte’s side came from two goals down to play out a 2-2 draw in the Premier League game.
Former Tottenham midfielder O’Hara was not happy with how Spurs played in the first half, and he suggested that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy should bring back Mauricio Pochettino as the manager of the North London club.
Tottenham Hotspur told to bring back Mauricio Pochettino to replace Antonio Conte
In our opinion, Tottenham Hotspur are not going to change their manager in the middle of the season.
No way.
Daniel Levy is not going to sack Antonio Conte now.
After all, Spurs are very much in the running for the Premier League top four this season and are also in the knockout rounds of the UEFA Champions League.
Maybe if Conte leaves Spurs at the end of the season, then Pochettino, 50, could return to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
And we think that the Tottenham fans would welcome back the Argentine with open arms.
