Eddie Howe has named an unchanged side, sticking with the 11 that beat Wolves 2-1 last weekend. However, there’s no Miguel Almiron; who is expected to be sidelined for three weeks with an ankle injury suffered in training yesterday.
Fabian Schar starts – despite pulling out of the Swiss squad – and Sean Longstaff also keeps his place, easing fears he’d picked up a knock after the midfielder was absent from all training photos on Wednesday.
Callum Wilson is on the bench after failing to train all week, while Harrison Ashby is in the squad for the first time since signing from West Ham in January.
As for Forest, top scorer Brennan Johnson has passed a late fitness test. Chris Wood misses out, but former Mag Jonjo Shelvey starts for the hosts.
Nottingham Forest XI: Navas – Aurier, Niakhaté, Felipe, Renan Lodi – Yates(C), Shelvey, Gibbs-White – Johnson, Ayew; Dennis.
