FranK Lampard and his recruiting team have been on verge of tracking down USA international who has always been on fine form with his club.
According to a rumour in Germany, Tyler Adams of RB Leipzig is expected to depart the Bundesliga club and Everton and Leeds United are reportedly considering a deal for him.
Even though Adams has a contract with Leipzig through 2025, Bild reports that the club would consider offers in the range of €12 million to €15 million, and that the two Premier League teams are the ones expressing the most interest.
Adams is mostly a midfielder, but he can also play as a winger, wing-back, or full-back. If this rumour is true, Frank Lampard and Kevin Thelwell may have been drawn to Adams because of his versatility given Everton’s tight transfer restrictions and need for players in a variety of positions.

The Toffees need to act swiftly because Adams would be a terrific addition to their team.
The Toffees have had a difficult transfer window. Their talisman Richarlison was released and recently signed for £60 million by Tottenham Hotspur. They were only able to recruit one player on a free transfer.
The loss of the Brazilian is a severe blow to the team, but it also presents an opportunity to start again with new arrivals.
For Frank Lampard, strengthening the midfield is crucial. After his contract expired, Fabian Delph departed the team, although Allan and Andre Gomes’ long-term fates are still in question.
Frank Lampard has to bolster the midfield because Tom Davies, who played little last season, has a lot of work to do to win over his boss.
Adams has played more than 100 times for Leipzig and has experience playing internationally. Young, active, and manoeuvrable describe this midfielder.
He is available on loan, which should entice cash-strapped Everton to do business, although there is fierce competition in this situation.
