According to Football Insider, Leeds United are open to trade proposals for Adam Forshaw in the new year.
The 31-year-old midfielder’s future at Elland Road is uncertain as his contract expires at the season’s conclusion.
With Forshaw out of the lineup, it appears doubtful that Leeds will use their option to extend the contract by a further year.
Because of the additions of Tyler Adams and Marc Roca during the summer, he has seen just 47 minutes of Premier League play this season and has been relegated to the bench.
Even though Forshaw had a lot of injury trouble, he was a favourite of previous manager Marcelo Bielsa.
Despite only making 82 appearances in over five years at Leeds, he was given a contract extension in January.

The midfielder had surgery for a hernia early last month, so he wasn’t available for Saturday’s (29 October) team that defeated Liverpool at Anfield.
In his five seasons with the Whites, Forshaw has played 82 games, 25 of which have been in the Premier League.
Despite Leeds United’s dismal 15th spot, Jesse Marsch’s squad has not had any problems in the middle of the field because to the superb play of summer acquisitions Adams and Roca.
The final two games for the Elland Road club before the Qatar World Cup are on Saturday (5 November) against Bournemouth at home and Tuesday (12 November) away at Tottenham.
Marsch is under pressure, but another three points would help keep the lions at bay.
