The Manchester United goalkeeper has come out to bemoan the club poor performance and criticise his team and also concluding with in the club is a cursded club.

David De Gea, the goalkeeper for Manchester United, has stated that the club is “cursed.”

In an interview with El Pais, the Spaniard stated he had no idea why they had slipped behind their Premier League competitors.

De Gea won the Premier League in his second season at Old Trafford, then went on to win the FA Cup in 2016, the League Cup in 2017, and the Europa League in 2017.

Since then, United has not won any trophies.

The Champions League is Ralf Rangnick’s only realistic chance of winning a trophy this season, therefore the trophy drought is likely to continue.

United have had four different managers since Sir Alex Ferguson resigned in 2013, and have spent over £1 billion on players.

“I believe we have been cursed or something.”

“To tell you the truth, I have no idea what’s going on.”

“People usually ask me about it, and we talk about it as a team and basically say, “We don’t know what’s going on.”

“I don’t know why this squad doesn’t operate,” De Gea added. “We should have contended for more medals, larger championships.”

THe Manchester Fans nationwide are furious are the whole club reactions for nonchalant nature among the players and staffs, see some reactions below from social media Platform:

This is hilarious. Wonder what Maguire was thinking there, the guy plays like his head is in the clouds

De Gea is wrong Man United isn't cursed but his teammates lack a winning mentality; Aside from Fernandes & himself, other Utd players seem to be in pursuit of individual recognitions hence they play like football is a solo sport which is affecting Utd's games. That's the problem.

You talking about "Winning mentality" but you don't mention Cr7, no one has a greater winning mentality more CRISTIANO in that squad. I am a City fan but those are facts.
