Latest Aston Villa transfer news as Galatasaray reportedly keen to make Philippe Coutinho swoop.
Philippe Coutinho is reportedly set to be ‘offered a quick exit’ from Aston Villa to Galatasaray.
The Brazilian has been linked with a move away from Villa Park in recent months, with his native Brazil among the options to have been mentioned. Coutinho made the permanent £17million switch from Barcelona last summer, but has since struggled to have the impact he would have hoped for.
Coutinho is yet to score a goal in his 20 appearances for Villa this season and has fallen down the pecking order as a result.

His immediate future could be resolved this week, according to The Sun. They claim that Turkish giants Galatasaray want to sign the Brazilian before their transfer window closes on Wednesday.
It is said Galatasaray want to initially loan the player, but Villa are keen to recoup some of the money they spent on him. Coutinho is said to be one of the highest earners at Villa Park on a salary of about £125,000 per week.
