The report published this afternoon has claimed that in recent hours, Chelsea have made an offer to Lyon for 19-year-old right-back Gusto.
The French news outlet has not mentioned how much the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners have offered for the teenager.

Blow for Spurs and Newcastle?
Chelsea’s reported bid for Malo Gusto will come as a blow for Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.
Spurs and Newcastle have also been linked with the France Under-21 international right-back.
Last week, FootMercato claimed that Newcastle were ready to make a big offer for Lyon right-back Gusto.
The French news outlet reported interest from Tottenham, La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as Serie A powerhouse Juventus in the French teenager.
It seems that it is Chelsea who have taken the first step to securing the services of the France Under-21 international right-back.
And now it is up to Tottenham and Newcastle to try to match or better that offer.
