According to a report, Tottenham would have three options if Antonio Conte left.
Antonio Conte, the manager of Tottenham Hotspur, has been linked with a transfer away from the club at the conclusion of the season.
The 53-year-old Italian’s contract with the Premier League club expires in June 2023, and the two sides have yet to agree on an extension. There have been rumours that Juventus is interested in bringing him back to Italy at the conclusion of the season, and Conte may be willing to return to Turin.
Spurs are preparing for eventualities in the event that Conte leaves at the end of the season, and they have already selected three prospective managers to replace him next season.
Former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino, according to Fichajes, is still on the shortlist to replace the Italian if he chooses to go. Pochettino is familiar with the club, having led it to a championship battle and a UEFA Champions League final during his tenure.
The Argentine is currently unemployed, and his friendly relationship with star players such as Harry Kane, Son Heung-Min, and Hugo Lloris could help him reintegrate into the club if he decides to return.
Ruben Amorim is another manager on Tottenham’s shortlist. He has performed well for Sporting Club of Portugal, and Tottenham supporters will be familiar with him after seeing him up close in the Champions League this season. The two clubs met in the UEFA Champions League group stages, with Sporting claiming a win and a draw.
Finally, Tottenham is interested in Brentford manager Thomas Frank.
The Danish manager has done well with the Bees and is now firmly established in the Premier League. He has the potential to thrive at a top club, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham make a move to sign him.
