Leeds United are likely to end up paying over £10million for Willy Gnonto following his remarkable impact, sources have told Football Insider.
The forward, 19, scored an impressive volley for United in their FA Cup win over Cardiff City on Wednesday to underline his growing influence in the team
Gnonto joined from FC Zurich in the summer for a fee of over £3m.
That is now looking like a bargain for Leeds even though they face major pay-outs to the Swiss club if Gnonto continues to develop so quickly.
It is believed the bonuses and clauses in his Elland Road contract are achievable ones and will take the final cost of the transfer beyond £10m.

The young Italian forward was brought to Elland Road in the summer with the Whites struggling for attacking firepower.
Gnonto faced a two-month period in the Leeds United Under-21s after his move, with Jesse Marsch initially unsure whether or not the youngster was ready for first-team football in the Premier League.
But Gnonto clearly caught the American’s attention and was handed his debut off the bench in the 2-1 win against Liverpool.
Since the win at Anfield, Gnonto has been handed minutes in every Premier League match and played every minute in the games against West Ham and Aston Villa.
He has already managed three goals and one assist across all competitions this season for Leeds in just 10 appearances.
