Jules Kounde, who is also desired by Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur, has reportedly drawn interest from Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea.
According to AS, Chelsea has made a transfer offer of €55 million (£46.68 million) to Sevilla in exchange for Tottenham target Kounde.
According to The Mirror’s story from last week, Sevilla’s valuation of the France international centre defender, who is wanted by Tottenham, is £76 million.

Currently, The Mirror reports that Tottenham may be in the lead for the 23-year-old France international, although Chelsea is said to have made a proposal.
Tottenham needs a centre back more than the Blues do in the summer transfer window.
After all, despite the fact that Kalidou Koulibaly has been acquired by the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League champions of Chelsea, head coach Thomas Tuchel has lost Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
Kounde has been a player for Sevilla since 2019, and in 2019–20 he helped the La Liga club win the UEFA Europa League.
The 23-year-old centre defender and France also won the UEFA Nations League in 2020–21.
