This is the latest Tottenham news with Madrid star player looking to dumb club after Tottenham approach to make a deal works out.
Joao Felix, a striker for Atletico Madrid who has been linked to Tottenham Hotspur, has downplayed his prospects of leaving the Spanish city this summer.
The 22-year-old is committed to changing his circumstances at Atletico and achieving the promise that motivated his £113 million 2019 transfer.

Felix has reportedly been placed on the transfer market by Diego Simeone, and the player’s agency has reportedly offered his services to various European teams. Tottenham is one of them and they could have a secret weapon to sweeten a prospective deal for the Portugal international.
Giovani Lo Celso is said to be worth £17 million to Spurs, and a return to Spain may be in the works after the player made an impression when on loan at Villarreal in the second part of the previous season.

Simeone is a major fan of the Argentine and tried to get Real Betis to sell him in 2019 but Spurs beat Atletico to the deal.
If Simeone is content to let the Portugal international depart, Antonio Conte may be willing to utilize Lo Celso as a makeweight in a fantastic swap deal including Felix. Felix, though, has shot down rumors about his future and insisted that a summer exit is “not on the agenda.”
He told Maisfutebol that leaving Atletico is not an option as he began getting ready to return for preseason next month. I’m OK and concentrating on Atletico. I am at peace with the future, conscious of what I can control, and accepting of who I am. I’m still on holiday.

“I’ve only recently begun my preseason training, so I don’t think about football all that much. I naturally got older. Since I left Benfica four years ago, I have improved psychologically, technically, and physically. Evolution is common. I made good decisions in order to improve.”
After helping the team return to the Champions League last season, Spurs are giving Conte their full support in his first summer transfer window. He has already signed Yves Bissouma for £25 million, as well as free agents Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic.
Before the 2022–23 season, Conte hopes to bring in a right wingback, a left-sided center back, and a striker. For the former, Djed Spence is unquestionably his top priority objective, while Alessandro Bastoni and Pau Torres have been linked among centre-backs.
